great fun for the kids but room for improvement
The water playground was impressive, allowing my children to enjoy their time while it remained tidy and safe. The quick service at the Melrose made dining a pleasant experience, and the breakfast variety catered to our family’s needs well.
The room could use some updates for a more comfortable stay.

Perfect Family Getaway
We had a fantastic time splashing in the beautiful lagoon pool. The staff at the buffet breakfast were incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, even going the extra mile to whip up fresh omelettes for us.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but considering the experience it’s still acceptable.

Had an amazing group vacation! We enjoyed the Nickelodeon themed aqua zone and the nightly light water show. The location is perfect with SeaWorld right next door, making it easy to jump between attractions. The food was decent too. Don't miss the amazing helicopter rides for stunning views!
I found the kids buffet line a bit messy, with many children serving themselves without supervision, which was concerning regarding hygiene.

The location is fantastic, just steps from SeaWorld, making it super convenient for our family trip. We had a spacious room with clean linens and comfortable beds, which was a relief after long days out. The pool area impressed us, especially the kids' splash zone. We also enjoyed the variety of dining options on-site, particularly the tasty Japanese restaurant, Hatsuhana. However, the breakfast situation was chaotic. The lines were long, and finding a table felt like a scavenger hunt. The food quality didn't match what we expected, especially for the price we paid. Additionally, the walls in our room felt paper thin. We heard every conversation in the next room and could hear when someone walked above us, which was quite disruptive. One more thing, the housekeeping was a bit inconsistent. We had to call for basic necessities a few times.

would definitely stop here again
Had a great time with my family. The kids loved the water park and the kids club. We got a premium double room that had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a nice balcony view. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast buffet was alright, but I wish they’d change it up a bit. Staff was helpful and friendly, definitely would go back!

The rooms have a decent amount of space, particularly for a family setting, which makes it easy to feel a bit more at home. The proximity to SeaWorld allows for quick jaunts back and forth, which is a clear advantage for families wanting to maximize their park time.
The spa area is a total no-go for adults if you're hoping for some quiet time—kids everywhere, making it impossible to enjoy. Internet access in the rooms was a headache. we ended up chasing after passwords and all sorts of tech issues that kept us offline during our whole stay. The outdoor area often felt cramped, and good luck finding a tapered spot by the pool when the kids are splashing around. Plus, the lack of shuttle service made getting to SeaWorld with mobility needs a farce. Also, expect the buffet at breakfast to be stocked with limitations. they ran out of key items, and the lines were so long that some folks opted to pay out of pocket for something else instead.

We stayed in the Premium Queen Room. It was decent but definitely had a dated feel. The bed and pillows were super comfy, which was a nice surprise. But the bathroom could've been cleaner. I found some hair on the bench. Also, we heard noise from nearby rooms, which was pretty annoying. The vibe was fun for families, though, with lots of activities for the kids.

It was just a fine choice for a whistle-stop in Main Beach with high value for money. The pool area was a great size, making it easy to relax with the family. Avoid charging anything to your room as it can lead to confusion.

great park views and close to marina attractions make this a hit
I had a fantastic time in my beautifully upgraded room with a stunning night view and found that it was the perfect spot to enjoy nearby parks and landmarks like Phillip Park, just a few steps away, perfect for a leisurely stroll.

The clean and comfortable deluxe double room made for a pleasant retreat, and the friendly staff were certainly a highlight. However, the dated facilities left much to be desired, especially given the price. There were cleanliness issues in the room, such as uncleaned corners and dated décor. Additionally, a leaking ceiling on our second night added to the disappointment, with no follow-up from maintenance. Access to theme parks was convenient, but the overall experience fell short of expectations.
